Active License Tab
LicenseViewer is a treasure trove in managing all your licensing needs and checking on the currently used licenses. This application offers multiple Tabs and controls.
Active Licenses Tab
This main Tab will show you the real-time situation of your licenses. Keep in mind you have to manually update the status from time to time to stay up to date. For an update of the status use the Reload button.
Active Licenses - Realtime
This first table shows the currently active/inactive licenses (online), used by various workstations. All checked entries in the table found under License Used, are selectable with a single click. Any single or multi selection will trigger the Free License(s) button to become active. Clicking this button will instantly free (release) the license from the selected workstation/hardware.
ATTENTION, releasing or freeing a licenses is instantaneous the grace period for the affected workstation is minimal. You need to understand the consequences of Your actions. This list of active licenses represents all workstations in Your account, any action You take can and will affect not only the local Workstation initiating the license operations with this tool.
All Workstations in Your Account Table
A history of all Workstations, requesting licenses for products, is displayed in this second table. This view is useful to find out if another workstation is using a license that it should not - or even - if a license got somehow stuck.
Total License Count/Use
With the help of the third table, You can check, with a glance, the total license count for each product you own. In addition to the amount you can see how many licenses are currently used either Offline or Online.
