Schematic View Rollout

In the Schematic View rollout menu the colors of the main thinkingParticles UI can be easily adjusted or modified. Be aware that the changes are stored in a separate Thinking.ini file that is stored within the 3ds Max/PLUGCFG folder.

Colors - Click on the color swatch next to the feature of which you want to change the color. You will be presented with a standard 3ds Max Color Picker.
Disable Opacity - This spinner sets how opaque a disabled Node is within the Wire Setup View. Higher values will produce more opaque disabled nodes, while lower values will make disabled nodes more transparent.
Shadow Opacity - lets you control the shadow opacity of the DynamicSet nodes.
Text Anti-aliasing - Activate this check box to have anti-aliasing applied to the text within the Wire Setup View. Default is On.
Line Anti-aliasing - Activate this check box to have anti-aliasing applied to the operator wiring lines within the Wire Setup View. Default is On.
Shadow - check this option to create backdrop shadows for nodes in the DynamicSet view.
Bended Wire - when checked, the connection lines are drawn in a curvy manner.
Grid - check this option to enable the grid in the DynamicSet View.
Expert Mode - Activate this option to enable a compressed thinkingParticles UI layout. All nodes will only show one input/ output line with no input or output data streams visible. In expert mode, connections have to be drawn from the main Input/Output connectors, so do not use this mode unless you are very comfortable with wiring the nodes together, and want to conserve your on-screen real estate.

On/Off Hide Obj, coupled - (default: checked) lets you either link the Hide Object in viewport with the turning off of thinkingParticles or when unchecked, hiding the tP helper icon will only deactivate the display and not the simulation/processing.

Tree Color - the indicator color bars in front of the Tree View icons can have several gradient types. Choose any type to your liking!
